Important things to note:

Secure your spot with a nonrefundable $271 deposit.

Final balance is due by July 12, 2025.

If you sign up within 60 days of the retreat, you must pay in full.

All Goddesses signed up for the getaway will receive a form to be filled out indicating dietary restrictions, roommate preference, emergency contacts and more.

Guests who register for a shared room without a designated roommate will not be guaranteed a shared room rate. We will happily connect you with another Goddess as a courtesy, on a first-come, first-served basis, but there is no guarantee. Please be prepared either to pay for a single room or be willing to share a bed with another Goddess.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What’s the maximum number of people who can attend?
65 women. Will 65 women sign up? Highly doubtful but what a getaway that would be!! One of the key reasons we are hosting a retreat closer to home and in this large resort setting is so that anyone who wants to attend can do so. Register now to secure your spot!
What’s the cancellation policy?
The initial deposit (that covers the hotel room, resort fees and taxes) is non-refundable. All payments must be made before the 60-day mark. Cancellation/refunds for the $610 retreat fee are not granted after August 1, 2025.
What’s the room capacity?
Max 4 per room. We recommend 2 per room with two queens. Price breaks are not available for more than 2 per room.
What’s the difference between the two prices/payments?
Payment 1, which is non-refundable, covers the 2 night hotel stay & resort fees. The second payment covers the cost of meals, event space rental fees, taxes and gratuities, as well as the cost of the SDF retreat program including GROOV3 instruction, CDP instruction, yoga instruction, mindfulness instruction, sound bath, cold plunge, and theme party.
