Fall sessions at Lytle House with instructor Kim Oliver

Move and Grow for Parent/toddlers/preschoolers!

Dance with your child while exploring movement activities and practicing skills. Music, multi-sensory props, rhythm instruments, and an obstacle course are all included in this super fun and educational class!  In Move and Grow for toddler/preschooler classes the children are playfully engaged to move using fun concepts such as size and level.

Move and Grow classes also incorporate BrainDance* rhymes to integrate the mind and body, while reinforcing the importance of movement in early life!

Caregivers are always welcome!

For ages walking-4

Class meets Fridays: 915-1015am

Session #1: 9/13-10/25

Session #2: 11/1-12/20 (NO CLASS 11/29)

Move and Grow at North Kirkland Community Center with instructor Jessica Gleason

Jessica brought her years of experience teaching babies, toddler, and preschoolers at the Creative Dance Center in Seattle to the eastside creating Move and Grow. Jessica has an extremely creative and joyful approach to teaching! Her classes use "floor time", coordinated movements and BrainDance* rhymes to integrate the mind and body, while reinforcing the importance of movement in early life.

Schedule:

930-1025am Move and Grow for toddlers (walking-2.5)

1030-1125am Move and Grow for toddlers (walking-2.5)

1130-1230 Move and Grow for babies (2mos-prewalking)

Registration for Fall & Winter sessions opens 8/8!

Fall session dates: 9/23-12/10

For infants 2 months-pre-walking

Enrich your child’s first year of life. Learn fun activities for enjoying floor time and make playful social/ emotional connections. Build optimal brain development using nursery rhymes, instruments, multi-sensory props while moving to a wide variety of music! For children walking to 2.5

In Move and Grow for toddler classes the children are playfully engaged to move using fun concepts, such as size and level.  The children will learn new skills while enjoying a wide variety of music, props, rhythm instruments, BrainDance* rhymes, and an obstacle course!
