It's important to understand our cancellation policy for you to avoid unwanted charges or punches to your pass. Review our In-Studio and Livestream cancellation policies below!

IN-STUDIO
An In-Studio "Late Cancel" is defined as cancelling your reservation 8 HOURS or less before the start of class.
Class Pass Holders If you "Late Cancel" your reservation, or are a No-Show to class, your class pass will be punched.
Membership Holders If you "Late Cancel" your reservation, or are a No-Show to class, you will be charged a $16 no-show/late cancellation fee to the card saved on your membership file.
LIVESTREAM
A Livestream "Late Cancel" is defined as cancelling your reservation ONE HOUR or less before the start of class.
If you need to cancel your reservation for an online class, you must do so at least one hour before the start of class or your class pass* will be punched.
*Does not apply to SlayLive+ Members.
Unless a class is consistently waitlisted (ie. Tuesday and Thursday night classes), it's possible you do not need to make a reservation. Punchpass shows the number of "spots left" for each class (see pic above); check before you head to the studio! Upon arrival, search for your name on the iPad and register for class. Then you don’t even have to worry about late cancelling / no showing!
